Join us at our next networking lunch of 2024 for companies specifically involved in the Property and Construction sector. Come along and join key professionals to network and do business. Our aim is to enable companies within this industry to make new contacts, learn about key initiatives that may impact them and feed back some of the issues affecting their business.
The speaker's for this lunch will be Nick Whitehouse, Delivery Director and Hilary Brett, Development Director of FEC Development Management Ltd, who will be speaking to us about FEC's joint venture partnership with Manchester City Council on Victoria North.  The JV was signed for Victoria North in April 2017 so 7 years on they will look back and look ahead for the next 7 years. Nick and Hilary have been with FEC since the beginnings of the JV so have great perspectives on their learnings to date.
Event will comprise a 2-course lunch with a glass of wine and coffee.
