We would recommend first time Earthing product users to add a Socket Tester to your order. Checking the socket is such an important step in the whole Earthing experience. If the sockets are not working properly the product will not work.

The Earthing Universal Mat is our most versatile product! It can be used on top of a desk under your keyboard and mouse, or under your desk to put your feet on.
Put it on a couch to sit on, or on the back of the couch to lean against. Move it around your kitchen to stand on while washing dishes, prepping dinner, and cooking at the stove.
Set it up in the bathroom to stand on while brushing your teeth, or to rest your feet on while sitting on the toilet. You can even take it into your bed at night and sleep on it!
Patches can be used anywhere while you stretch, sit, relax, or sleep. The Patches can be applied to any part of the body for targeted relief. Or they can be applied to the palms of the hands or bottom of the feet as these are the most conductive point on the body.
Insert the UK Socket Checker into your wall socket. Switch on the electricity.
3 AMBER LIGHTS illuminated is GOOD and means that you have a proper ground and you are ready to connect your Earthing product.
OTHER LIGHT COMBINATIONS means your outlet is NOT properly grounded.
If the sockets are not working properly the product will not work.

To use the Product Tester, pop the coiled cord onto the product tester and insert other end of the cord into the earthing plug. Place plug in wall socket. Connect your grounding product as instructed. Place product tester firmly onto the conductive surface of your earthing product. Hold down and PRESS button and a solid green light will display if your product is conductive.
